Hi;
I watched the video for replacing the waterline , part #4388152, on a whirlpool refrigerator which appears to be the same as my Kenmore #10657075791.
Excellent video, thanks.
But, I have a problem.
I taped the string to the bottom end of the tube and started to pull and feed which went well for a time but about half way through the tube seemed to hang up. I pulled a little harder and the tube started to come but took no string. I probably don't have to tell you the rest but of course when the tube emerged there was no string attached.
Now what do I do? This refrigerator doesn't have an access panel on the inner shelf liner.
I think I might be able to remove the screws that hold the ice mechanism to the door and access inside like that but don't know that problems I might encounter there.
OR I might have to take off the inner shelf liner to access the interior.
What do you suggest? Or am I screwed?
Another thing this is a black refrigerator and the existing water nozzle is black but the only replacement parts seem to be white, any thoughts?
Thanks,
Tom
