Evaporator fan motor makes a growling noise when first starting up and after about 2 minutes it stops growling and resumes its normal running sound for the rest of refrigerator cycle. Then it starts again on its next cycle.

Here are your parts
Parts for LFTR1814LWG - AppliancePartsPros.com

You seem to be missing the last digit so you will have to choose the correct unit from the Matching Model numbers section.

If you click on a parts description or picture a new page will open will more info about it, that may be useful to you.

Sounds like the fan is starting to go.
I would replace it.
