We have a side-by-side freezer with in-door ice dispenser that won't work. When you press the button for ice, you hear the motor hum (opening door?) but the auger won't work. We had a repairman out to look at it and he said the "motor was bad" but didn't replace it. Does this sound right? If so, is there an easy way to replace the motor? Thank you!
