Your freezer may be super cold from the fridg. running a lot. Just use a hair dryer on the panel, shouls pop out. You might find a defrost problem or just ice blocking the fan blade. Som fridgs. have the fan near the bottom of the freezer and spilled water can easily jam the fan blade. A sealant like silicon cement would fix this.
