LG model, makes ice fine, but the cap for the shut doesn't open to release the ice from the dispenser. Auger's turn and I can hear the motor for the dispenser running. Dispenser is not clogged and the cap can be opened manually. The entire ice maker assemble works fine, but I not even figure out how to take apart the door dispenser to troubleshot why the cap doesn't open automatically.
