The sealed system is the compressor, the condenser/compressor coils, the evaporator/freezer coils and the connecting tubing. In other words the freon system. A sealed system problem is one where the compressor runs but you do not get any cooling or not enough cooling. The compressor runs continuously except when the unit is in a defrost cycle. This assumes that the condenser fan and evaporator fan are running OK and that the condenser coils are clean. Also that it is not a defrost problem where the evaporator couils get clogged solid with frost/ice so that the fan cannot pull air through them so that cooling is inefficient. It can be caused by a bad compressor or low freon a plugged orifice is the tubing. Sealed system problems are expensive repairs as you need a pro and often it makes more sense to put the dollars towards a new unit. Take a look at the example pictures part way down the below page, they show a low freon problem. When Compressor Is Running Would The Start Probe From The Compressor Show Voltage?

I Checked The Relay At The Compressor And The Lead From The Relay Marked (s) Stays Hot Eventhough The Compressor Is Running.
What I Understand Is That Lead Starts The Compressor And The Compressor Then Continues To Run From The Power Lead Marked (m)
Would This Have Done Damage To The Compressor?
How Do I Check The Lowside Pressure On A Maytag Side By Side Model #MSD2550VEB00

I am not sure this would apply to your symptoms.
If the compressor is running and it sounds like it is re: you can hear it and also feel it vibrating. And it runs continuously except when in a defrost cycle. And it is not kicking off and back on due to overheating. And the condenser coils are clean. And the door seals are good. And the unit cannot reach the freezer set point temperature (should be 0 to 5 degrees F)
Then it is a sealed system problem or a defrost problem.
If the evaporator coils are not ice/frosted over to the point where the evaporator fan cannot pull air through them then it is a sealed system problem.

Denman I appreciate the quick response and sharing of your knowledge regarding my refrigerator/freezer questions.
To date I installed a new compressor relay and also a charge of Freon to obtain a 4 psi reading.
The empty freezer after 1 hour lowered to 7*
I had freezer door open 5 minutes for cleaning and installation of shelves and then
transferred 10 partially frozen 2 liter bottles filled with water from the refrigerator side into the freezer.
Freezer Temperature seemed to lower slower. Is that because of being open and placing objects that were not frozen or 1/2 frozen in it?
Freezer temp after 2 hrs 15*
freezer temp after 8 hrs 11*

After Putting A Charge The System Seemed To Stall At
Freezer 15*
Refrige 48*
Retook Low Side Psi At Compressor And It Seemed A Little High.
I Reduced To 3 Psi And It Seemed To Bring Life Back To The Unit!
Freezer Is Now Operating At -5*
Refridge Is Now At 38*
*****i Know In Automobile Systems If Overcharged It Seems To Hold The System Back And Unable To Push The Liquidfied Refridgerant To Convert. Could This Of Happened?
*****alsos I Notice The Units Freezer Goes To About 20* To 25*
And Then Returns To -5*.
Is That The Automatic Defroster/heater Causing This Effect?
