how does one remove back freezer panel when no screws?

I wish to replace the freezer thermostat but I have no clue how to get to it. My newer Whirlpool freezer panel had screws and the job was simple. The Kenmore top freezer has no visible screws, clips, etc. How do I access the area that contains the thermostat?
