Hello - I have a 4 year old Ge GSH25JSXNSS side by side.

I've replaced the ice flap, spring and the solenoid twice each. The flap goes up and down but there is a still a small gap letting in air. The solenoid is operating properly but the door isn't tight. I'm getting condensation on the ice flap and solenoid. Ice builds up on the top of the chute and the bottom of the ice maker. Ice also clumps together in the ice bucket.

Any suggestion to get a tighter seal would be appreciated. I stuffed a towel in the ice chute and all of the frost went away and didn't come back until I took the towel back out. The ice tray wasn't clumping either when I called for ice after pulling the towel out. The freezer is set at 10 degrees.

Thank you!!!

Are you sure the spring on the dispenser chute is correctly in place. I didn't place the "hooked" end of the spring into the slot when I reinstalled after replacing the solenoid. Had to review the video to see what I missed.
