Our fridge went out a week ago and we had the main circuit board replaced. Since replacing, the main issue was fixed (fridge and freezer not working), but the dispenser panel has not been working. More specifically, the light, ice and water dispensers, and the digital temperature buttons for the fridge and freezer are not working. The panel with the temperature buttons also displays the selected temperature level (1-9) - since replacing the main board, these two displays have either been flashing zeros (at same time) or alternating flashing zeroes (left, right, left, right). I ordered a new dispenser board/panel and replaced, but I still get the zeroes. Any other thoughts? All I can think of is there's an issue with the new main board or there's an issue with the connections. Any help would be greatly appreciated! GE could not give me any help, nor did the tech we have out have any clue.
