I am wondering if the Humidity Control Drawer has to be located in the section of the fridge (toward the top right) where the two sets of slots are located?

Does the drawer need to be located in front of these slots for proper humidity control? Or do they even have any effect on the drawer?

I have two doors and two drawers, plus the small humidity control drawer on the inside of the fridge.

My thought was to use the small drawer set at high humidity for leafy veggies, and other low veggies sensitive to ethylene gas and need high moisture control.

Then use the larger drawer for everything else (fruit and veggies) not sensitive to ethylene gas and need low moisture control.

I just edited this post after I found the following website that really helped me plan where to put the food in my fridge for best result: http://www.thekitchn.com/what-t...ore-in-your-refrigerator.
