Ice is made slowly which maybe due to needing to replace filter. Even when there is a lot of ice the dispenser won't dispense. I get water when that button is pushed but if wanting cubes or crushed ice all I get is a clunk and no ice. Occasionally it will work but most of the time I just get the clunk sound. Also can't figure out how to get the front plate off to inspect parts. Is the a You Tube video for that. I've seen it for other models but not for this model.

I have this exact same problem with my Sears 253.7031 ice maker. Have you found any solutions?
