So after being gone for about 20 months and power off.

Power on and fridge working fine. Had some mole/mildew in it but freezer and fridge working fine.

Decided to clean it with some bleach water/Simple Green.
Gently sprayed that all over inside.
A bit of scrubbing with brush.
Rinsed out carefully with water hose.

Came back a few hours later and no cooling. Fan was running and light on.

Adjusted Temp Control and gave it some time.
Still not cooling.

Unplugged for over 24 hours.
Plugged it back ina nd fan running and light on.
Still not cooling.

Checked internet and read possibly the defrost whatever is stuck and turned that switch with screwdriver from inside fridge on bottom of control panel.

Waited....
Still not cooling.

This was all about 10 days ago.

Today I removed the control panel in the fridge to inspect for water and or corrosion, etc...

It sll looks great in there. No sign of water ever being on components.

Ideas what has happened?

What to do?

Thanks

Here your parts, includes a wiring diagram.
Parts for Frigidaire FRT15B3AW9 Refrigerator - AppliancePartsPros.com

What is the status now for the fans?
If the fans are on then the compressor should be on as they are wired in parallel.

Below is a link on how to check the compressor.

Note that a thermostat problem aor a unit stuck in defrost will also turn off the fans.

Does this unit have a condenser/compressor fan.
The wiring diagram show one but the parts breakdown does not.

You will have to check for voltage at the compressor with a meter if there is not a condenser fan.
