Compressor seems to run for a minute or two then I cannot hear it humming. I exposed the evap coils & noticed that the copper & aluminum tubing , connected at the edged or beginning of the evaporator , was frosted over and had some ice, but the evap coils themselves had no frost on them.. Just cool to the touch but not cold.

Max temperature in freezer is 51, frig is 58. Capacitor? Start Device? If so, will a 3 in 1 hard start kit be recommended? Or maybe just a bad compressor? :( . Hopefully not a leak in the system. 'ANY' advice would be appreciated.. Thanks
