Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 6/23/2014(UTC) Posts: 1		I have a Whirlpool ED5FHAXVY 03 stainless side by side that was purchased new in Aug 2010. The freezer will make ice, but not "dump it". The beam is working correctly and my freezer is not too warm or too cold. I have unplugged the freezer for 5 minutes to "reset" the heater to no avail. If I add warm to hot water over the ice in the tray, it will dump the ice in about 10 minutes. Any suggestions? Help!!
