When I opened the door to turn on the icemaker this spring, a black box-like object was hanging down into the bin by a black electrical cable. After looking at the parts diagrams it looks like the Reservoir Drain Pump, but I'm not sure. There was a rod-like device protruding from the mechanism that seems to insert into a hole in the pump (?). Do I have the right part? How does it get installed? There seems to be a white plastic ring on the top of the pump(?) that has cracked into pieces and may have been the reason it dropped down.
