Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 5/21/2014(UTC) Posts: 1		This just cost me $82: it turns out, to our surprise, our model has a (not requested) ice maker - of course we did not connect water. The noise was from the dumb ice maker trying to make cubes. There is an almost hidden on/off switch in the freezer. OFF=quiet :mad:
