Why does my refrigerator never cut off. I can set it on the lowest setting possible and it still does not cut off. Coils are clean, fans are running and can't see ice anywhere.

If the evaporator coils are only covered with light, partial frost, unless your condensing fan is bad, you have a refrigerant leak/ bad compressor.
