My freezer builds up frost and I believe I have a bad heater or a bad thermostat as replaced the timer a few months ago and I do notice the refrigerator cycling thru the defrost cycle.

My question is; how in the heck do I access the evaporator coil to check the heater and thermostat? This particular model has the evaporator coil in between the freezer and refrigerator. For the life of me I cannot figure out how to access the evap coil. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
