The freezer is running at around 20 degrees and the fresh food compartment at 54 degrees. Both fans are running. I found a fair amount of frost on the inside back panel of the freezer and suspect that the evaporator coils might be frozen up. There is cold air moving through the vents, but maybe slowly. How do I remove the panel to access the evaporator coils? There is one screw next to the light bulb in the upper right.
