Ice maker doesn't make ice. Makes noise like it's trying to cycle. No water goes into tray. Any thoughts?

I am having the same problem. I have even purchased a new water filter and let the ice maker thaw but the same result occurs. The teeth turn but no water flows to the cube tray. HELP!!!
