Hi, the fridge door side of my american fridge is giving a minor electric shock when touched. It is only the fridge side, which appears to have no electrics in it. The shock is not like a full AC belt nor is it a static type shock, it is like a DC tickle from a battery?
A possibly related problem is that the defrost does not seem to be working properly. Every now and again i have to defrost as the air fan has become frozen up and the water outflow pipe is frozen.
Looked at another thread on here from 2010 with similar problem, but no posted solution. Hope you can help.
