I have a Samsung RFG298AARS French door fridge (bottom freezer). I've been having slow water dispensing from fridge. I've twice replaced my filter and each time after ~4 weeks, the water goes from normal to very slow (in the past I always got 6 months out of filter before replacing, and never because of slow water was it replaced, it was replaced because of time). If I disconnect the filter, then water comes out of the dispenser fine (normal speed).

In reading on this website and others, it seemed the 2 things that could affect the flow were the filter assembly (part filter screws into) and the water inlet valve. I've replaced both of these (1 at a time) and still have slow flow.

What could my issue be?
