Hi, my whirlpool side by side fridge is not cooling properly. I've checked the defrost system and it is operating normal. The damper is working fine too. I've noticed that the return air duct is freezing up. The return air duct for the crisper is also freezing up too. The door gaskets seem to be okay too. I did notice a crack in the back wall of the freezer compartment, right above the evap coil. Could this be causing the issue? Thanks
