We are stumped. It seems as if our defrost cycle lasts too long in our freezer. When its going through its cycle, we open the door and there's condensation on the sides. The ice starts melting into a clump. We've replaced the thermistor, defrost heater assembly, defrost thermostat, and main control board. Nothing has worked.
