Hi All,
My Kenmore Elite French Door Refrigerator model # 795.75192401 occasionally locks into a continuous run mode when you open the door. If left this way it will freeze all the food in the upper area. It beeps and then the temperature read out looks like the attached picture. It will reset and run normally for a while if you unplug and plug back in. Other than this annoyance it works fine.
Thank you for your help.
Jan

Put your model # in the online Sears parts site and locate the main control board, probably a sticking relay on the board.

Thanks so much for the help...I ordered the board from Sears. Is it behind the cover in the rear?
Thanks again

I think this is an LG refrigerator. Control board probably behind the cover in the back.
