Brand: Frigidaire Age: 1 - 5 years
Hi,
I've got a Frigidaire side-by-side fridge (about 3 years old) and it's having problems. It stopped working about two weeks ago. When I unplugged it, let it reset overnight and plugged it back in the morning, it worked just fine for about an hour or two (enough to make ice in the ice maker). After that, it stops cooling and I hear a "tick" sound intermittingly (as if something trying to turn on). I was told it was the started relay and I changed it. Again, it worked for an hour or so and then made the same "tick" sound. Can you please help??! What could be the problem? How can I troubleshoot this? Thanks, W |
