WHEN i USE THE WATER DISPENSER IT SPRAYS WATER FROM THE SIDE AS WELL AS THE WHOLE

I received a complaint for the same problem on KitchenAid KFIV29PCMS00 water sprays out rather than a straight stream
If I find the problem I'll try to remember to post it here
