Remove the bottom shelf/drawer in the freezer compartment and look at the back wall... You should be able to see a trough filled with ice that will need to be removed with a hair dryer to expose a drain hole that will need cleaning out also... There should be hose attached to this drain which carries condensate from the defrost cycle to the pan underneath the fridge.. Make sure this hose is clean also...
