How do you run the diagnostics? The Power and Filter buttons together don't do anything.

Are you sure it is KFCS22EV[COLOR="Blue"]SM[/COLOR] and not MS?
Also is there a numb er at the end?

Yes, it is KFCS22EVMS0. Serial number is KY2211080. I am looking for the procedure to run the diagnostics and also what each step of the diagnostics tests.

Thank you. Looks like the issue I was having (food at the back wall of the fresh food section freezing) is caused by the the opening of the 2 large French doors that let is warm air and the thermister located at the front of the unit. So to maintain 38F at the front, the system cools to around 32 at the back (where the damper is located) causing the freezing. So, I will set the temperature at 40F and that should fix it.

Is this common with these types of units and/or is there a simple fix for this problem?
