Evaporator fan is spinning and damper door is open yet air flow to the refrig seems limited.

When I turn off unit for 10 hours to defrost, issue is resolved for a few days with high air flow and balanced temp achieved across freezer and refrig. Then, the problem returns.

I've replaced the evaporator motor with no improvement.

Any suggestions?
