Front panel on fridge stopped accepting input. Won't dispense ice or water and can't change temperature settings. Lights are on. Fridge not regulating temperature so some food is freezing.

Obvious that high voltage control board was bad. Repair man confirmed it.

I ordered new board through May tag, installed it, and it already had the code for my fridge programmed.

Still doesn't work. Same exact issues.

Any ideas of what the problem could be?
