Original symptoms:
Ice make would not fill with water and stuck in Harvest mode

Testing done:
-Optics test and received two flashes
-Tested water inlet valve with ohmmeter and one pump was good while the other was dead.

Troubleshooted:
-Heated water line leading to freezer with blow dryer for 20 min.
-Did same to where water exits nozzle inside freezer in ice maker tray
-Unplugged refrigerator for 5 seconds and got it out of harvest mode.

Parts replaced:
-Replaced both optics boards initially before becoming familiar with how to troubleshoot ice maker
-Replaced water inlet valve

Any help would be appreciated.
