first symptom relay buzzing on compressor, fix , replaced with booster unit, second symptom , now compressor and fan runs all the time. temp inbox goes to 27dig after 24 hr. defrost timer works correctly, called frigidaire got part#5304404821 cold control ordered of amazon, replaced it, same symptoms. temp in sensor probe tube 17# in box , goes to 27 after 24hr run time. any ideas?

What is the part # you used for the compressor start device

supco co. #rco810 3in1 boost no buzzing now and frig at 32dig. wont shut off by temp.

First replace the 3 n 1, as it will eventually burn out your compressor. Replace it with the correct start device for your frid.

YEs i intend to do just that,however the unit has been turning it self on by temp control but not off when reaching set temp. is this a one of the two factory adjustments on the temp control it self. maybe the bellows main spring tention adjustment or the toggle spring adj? this is a new temp control? thanks for your time and help. im lost here for a fix.

You might have an inefficient compressor, or refrigerant leak, measure the freezer temperature and post.

fresh food area lowest 24dig. cold control sensor plastic tube 17dig. i dont rember freezer and i unplugged unit. if low on freon can cold control internal adjustment to bellows sping screw be made for compensation and change limits?
