I have a LG lrfd25850tt side by side with freezer drawer, there is a water dispenser on the left door with an ice maker in the drawer. Today, my wife went to get water and it wouldn't quit, the but you activate with a glass still clicks, but the hole doesn't close. I need ideas how to fix this please.

First off the the biggest problem its an LG fridge......2nd problem we need an accurate model number to help your model number is invalid or incomplete.
