The refrigerator has been great, but lately it won't do anything but freeze. I have tried every temperature setting, but it only freezes. What can I do to help?

I cannot find any tech data on this unit so have to guess.

Odds are that the problem is with the control thermostat re: it's contacts are either welded together (compressor will always be on) or intermittently sticking closed.
