The ice door will not open for crushed ice. When the pad is pushed, the auger will operate and crushed ice will build up until the weight pushes the ice door open and ice goes on the floor.

See attached wiring diagram. Checked the voltage into the control board(CB) - red to ground - with pad closed and got 120v to CB. Did not get voltage out of CB across solenoid vlv (red and orange removed from vlv, with pad depressed). Solenoid vlv continuity was good and if 120v volts is applied with a jumper cable the solenoid operates fine. Replaced CB. With new board, got 85 volts out of CB across solenoid vlv (red and orange removed from vlv, with pad not depressed). With red and orange on vlv and pad depressed, valve still does not open. When pad is depressed it appears the voltage drops across red and orange (removed from vlv). Thought I might have gotten a bad CB, so I got another and tested with similar results.
