Ice dispenser is not working. Everything appears to be engaging normally. If I take the ice bucket out, I can see the motor with the 2 prongs turning, BUT if I put my fingers on it, it stops turning. It appears it doesn't have enought power or can't withstand any resistance to activate the auger. I've already bought a new ice bucket and auger assembly thinking that was the problem, but obviously I was wrong.

I'd appreciate any advice on this. Thanks in advance.
