Refrigerator & Freezer Repair

ok so i moved into a new house and let this fridge chill and defrost..
Moved it to new rental cause the one here was smaller and older, but works..

plug in my whirlpool ed25pwxbn01, fans comes on, lights etc..

next day not cooler at all..
I DO NOT hear the compressor try to click on..
it is not warm/hot etc..
I took out the little white box and nothing rattles inside...

HELP!!!
should I replace it anyways?? and also replace the connectors to the compressor?

fans work... cleaned everything I could..

In what position has been the refrigerator when you moved it?

the upright position and only 10 blocks.

I fixed it.. it was the relay..
I got a new relay/overload combination thing from a local place..
and it did the trick!
