We have had this machine and it has performed flawlessly until two days ago. Tried to get ice from the dispenser and it sounded jammed. When I opened the freezer door, I found a winter wonderland! It looks like the icemaker has been spraying water from the right hand side of the device. I checked the laser and it is a solid red.

Help!:eek:
