Last night we noticed that our freezer wasn't cooling enough. The ice cream was soft, the ice cube were wet. We've done the following since then:
1. We've unplugged it for 5 minutes and plugged it back in
2. We've confirmed tight door seals
3. We've confirmed that there is no frost or other blockage on either the freezer or refrigerator air vents
4. I feel cool air entering the freezer and refrigerator.
5. We've lowered the desired temperatures and tried the Max Cool setting
6. We've shut off the ice maker
7. We've pulled it out and removed the lower back panel
7a. The compressor sounds like it turns on about every 10 minutes and runs for a couple minutes
7b. The compressor is quite hot to the touch
7c. I've never seen the compressor fan spin in the last hour that it has been pulled out
8. I've pointed my own fan at the compressor

As I write this, the indicator shows the freezer temperature at 35 and the refrigerator temp at 46. Water is dripping out of the freezer door and onto the floor.

What next, please?!?
