I cleared the frost in the condenser behind panel (hair dryer for over 1/2 hour) in the freezer section...
Tested the heater element (runs thru the condenser) for continuity (OK)
Was told that most likely the defrost heater control unit above top doors was defective....part# ps2004041..can someone explain how to remove the panel w/o damaging the cover....I see no screws....
Thanks Edmond

Refrigerator now works OK, but for how long...I am turning it on and off sporadically
