I have a Kenmore Elite side by side refrigerator that stopped dispensing ice, model 106.57799700. It makes ice and empties the ice into the bucket inside the freezer door, but when I press the ice dispenser paddle, I hear a click, a faint "errrr" sound and that's it. The auger doesn't turn in the ice bucket. I removed the bucket and w/the freezer door open, I closed the light inside the freezer and pressed the paddle again and still nothing. The round, metal component that sits under the ice container to turn the auger doesn't turn. Is it the auger motor that needs replaced?
