the freezer stays cold and i have no other issue with the appliance except that it only makes ice randomly and i get about 15 ice cubes made per week. so the functions to make ice are working since i get a few cubes but i can't get enough ice made. i have activated the "extra ice" button but that doesn't seem to make a difference. any suggestions?
