Scratching my head....need help with Ice maker no ice production issue.

Diagnosis thus far>
1. Tested all points on control module with jumper wire with no response from ice maker. Used a meter and no voltage anywhere.
2. Removed emitter board (right side) and placed jumper on black and black/white terminals. Ice maker started harvest cycle and ice production is normal filling ice bucket.
3. Replaced optics boards with new ones...still no ice production.
4. Tried jumper again on black and black/white wire on emitter side and ice production resumed normal.

What else can i check, as once i jump the emitter board all ice make functions appear to be normal, ...even though i have replaced the optics boards with new ones...this still has not solved the problem without a jumper.

not sure what else to check.

Your optics wiring in the fridg. is bad. Usually not repairable unless the problem is visible on one of the connectors.
You can always wire in a switch to the jumper to turn the icemaker off, or add the turn off wire to the icemaker to turn it off when the bin is full.

Thanks for the quick response, though i was fearing that this may be the situation. I have inspected the wiring from the freezer wall to the emitter board, and there is no visual signs of issues. Can i test this connector with meter to confirm that this is the problem. How would i test the connector?

You can do a point to point wire check with the ohmmeter to verify wiring.
Without a schematic, I can't give specifics. You are lucky you have 115 volts on the black wire and good wiring to the icemaker.
