The ice maker/water dispenser in my Frigidaire frs6lf7fmb no longer works.

We had moved fridge while doing some work in the kitchen, after putting it back it stopped working. I had the plumber verify that there is water getting to the back of the fridge, but it seems like there isn't any water going to the ice maker/water dispenser. I had also recently replaced the water filter, so I don't think that's the problem.

The ice machine does dispense ice cubes (I have filled up the tray with a bag of ice), and water sounds like it would dispense if there was any water going to it.

A friend thinks it might be a solenoid, but I wanted to check here and see what you think, let me know if more info would be handy to help diagnose the issue.
