It will probably have screws under the gasket or it will fit into a slot in the door. I think yours is the latter. The below should help http://www.applianceaid.com/refrigerator-door-repair.php#gasket Thanks for responding...I figured out that it wasnt the gasket but I needed to shim the door hinge as it was hanging a bit low and rubbing so I went and got a couple 13 cent 3/8 washers and it works great now...
