Mine is a complaint, without question. I have a Samsung RF26X refrigerator that stopped despencing water and also had water under the vegetable drawers, turning to ice. I started calling customer service within 6 months of buying this appliance. Once, an evaporater was replaced w/o charge. Another tech worked for 2 hrs then told me the gasket needed cleaning, an $85 charge.That was too goofy for me. A 3rd tech told me I need to buy my ice if I want to use the water dispenser. All my original complaints are still active. After 3 yrs, I called for a tech unrelated to the company Samsubg had been sending. This 4th tech said he would need to replace the circuit board along w/ something else for $500. My Samsung refrigerator has given me problems since 6 months of age, never successfully resolved, and Samsung insists we have to pay to get it working correctly. I HATE SAMSUNG!!
