Freezer door handle falls off, when put back on only one side clips. Is the most likely cause door handle or butterfly clips? Also do you need the "card handle release" to keep it on?

I cannot find any info on the given model number.
Are you sure it has 3 b's.

You have to check the handle and the door clips to see if they are OK on both sides.

As far as I know release cards are just to get the handle off.

Once you confirm the model number you can look up the applicable parts at AppliancePartsPros. If you click on a parts picture often a new page will open with some Q&A which may be helpful to you.
