If your freezer temperature gets down below zero, you most probably have a sticking refrigerator control. You can try spraying it with a non-residue contact cleaner available at Wall Mart. Just turn control while spraying.

Did the Temp Check over the weekend. it's -10 Below Zero? and Steady. but forgot to say my "Coils" have never been cleaned either under my fridge and someone said that might also be why it runs so much? just i can't seem to be able to access the panel to clean the coils? there is a Black Plastic cover in the way "Molded" ?? my controls in fridge are 5 for freezer Mid and 8 for Fridge to keep it Between 38-40 any future advice would be great thanks.
