Hello!
My bottom freezer has stopped freezing, it is temping at 35 but I have the digital setting on -6. The top refrigerator is cooling.

As an aside my ice maker does not work and instead water leaks into the produce drawers on the lower section of the top refrigerator.

The freezer issue is more critical, though. Any thoughts on parts that are needed and the costs of such part?

Thank you!

I have had the exact same problems with my RF266AARS Samsung French Door refrig. I fixed the water puddle problem in the fridge part under the Cool Select drawer. It was being caused by a clogged/frozen drain hole and now the refrigerator is working great with no more water/ice puddles (also food was freezing in the refrigerator).

However, the freezer is still running too warm. The temp in the freezer right now is about 38F, but it fluctuates from day to day and some days the display panel temperature light blinks and the temp goes up to 70F, then a few days later it will start cooling again but only to about 38F.
About 9 months ago, a similar problem occurred but the tech couldn't find the cause. He finally decided there must be a refrigerant leak someplace and did some kind of repair, but was still not sure if that was the real cause. The freezer worked for a while after that, but now it's worse than ever before.
I'm wondering if replacing the thermistor or other temp sensor will fix the freezer problem?
